Advertisements all over outer building that they are a 24 hour gym but close at 6 sat / sun and don’t open up until 6 am. Weekdays close at 10 pm. Less hours then any regular gym in town ? When getting membership they claimed they would eventually be going to 24 hr but that was an empty promise.. Prince George location isn’t the best GoodLife.
Under no circumstances will I return Goodlife Fitness. Reactivating my account and charging me for three months without telling me is not how you run a business. I said cancel, they wanted a compromise for a hold. I said OK. A month later, they start charging me because they failed to say how long the hold was for.
Head office then refused to escalate this, claiming its a he said / she said situation between me and the manager.
