By far the worst take out I've had. The wun-tun smelled like socks and tasted worse, the chow mein was a slimy mess with a odd sponge like noodle, almond chicken edible but mostly breading. I threw away more than I ate.
If you are looking for authentic chinese, this is the place. This place is always super busy for a reason. While the restaurant isn't that much to look at as it was the first Hons to open and is showing it's age, the food is typical hong kong chinese and very authentic and clean - in other words - you won't be running to the toilet after eating. You can't knock the price. You can get a the dinner combo meal for 2 for $20. Ignore the stains on the floor and the decor and focus on your taste buds and you won't be disappointed.
