Quality Foods Northridge Village

December 18th I slipped on a broken jar of olives. The young lad came with some cat litter to clean it up. To late for me. Called and spoke to store Manager Jeff. His pen was out of ink so I'm not sure he even made a report. He had suggested someone may call the next day to see how I was. I curious if an accident report was even written down. To date never heard a word.
