Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.
I had a leak on the valve for the whole house that needed to be replaced and was in a rush. Mr rooter came to my house at 9am as promised. Todd quoted me for the job before he started work. Feels good knowing my main valve is new and no more stress.

Had a leak in my ceiling for a month or so and had another company in to tell me in the the tile issue. After fixing that still experienced the leak...It wasn't untill Todd diagnosed the situation and found the leak from the faucet. Professional plumber and takes pride in the work he does.
