If I could post ZERO stars for these guys, I would have. They don't have a clue what they are doing and have no problem ripping you off. I absolutely wasted a bunch of time and a whole lot of money using these bozos and in the end I HAD TO FIX THE HVAC ISSUE MYSELF! Then, they try to hide behind: "well you signed off on the work before we did it..." OF COURSE WE DID - YOU, THE "EXPERTS" TOLD US THATS WHAT WAS NEEDED TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Tried to get a fair refund, a waste of time. STAY AWAY!!

Whenever we have a customer that is unhappy, we always do what we can to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, in this situation the customer would not let us help him. All repairs (refrigerant leak and rotted out drain pan in evaporator coil) were demonstrated and approved in advance. The further problem is intermittent and was not evident while we were on site. We offered to go back for free if the problem could be demonstrated but he declined.
I had a $20,000 plus heating HVAC system put in from Britech. It never worked properly from day one. I complained MANY times and nothing was done. Warranty is now out and he wants big money to fix something that he said is under warranty. I strongly recommend to use someone else for anything more complicated then a simple HVAC system. I will be going else where for my HVAC needs in the future.

Hello Andrew, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. As you are aware, we have been to your home many times since the system was installed and have not been aware of any issues since 2014 when we came to site and found the system to be working normally. The system has now developed a fault (2016) which is covered by a parts warranty. You have chosen to get other quotes for the labour to repair which is entirely within your rights. We are and will always be here and happy to help.
We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.
Service was spectacular from this business, every aspect. Have used them twice in less than a year. Service tech was the same guy both times, Kris. He was so awesome.Professional, personable and knew his stuff. I knew I was in good hands. Great experience with Britech!!
