I broke the screw that holds the lens in place. Ken recommended a jeweller to remove the buried broken screw. The jeweller removed the remnant and Ken provided a new screw. No charge! I insisted on a tip! I can see again. Thank you Ken.
Their ad says "buy one complete pair & receive your 2nd pair FREE with the purchase of RX lenses!".
I went to the store and one pair of RX glasses will cost $375. If I want the "free" second pair with my first pair, the total cost will be $600! How can this be a "free" second pair.
The fellow working their, Ken, was also disorganized and rude. I would not recommend this establishment.

I apologize for any perceived rudeness on m part. Without knowing the
specifics I can only explain why the price difference usually happens. If you choose product outside of the specified product offer there will be extra charges. The offer is for Frames of 150.$ or less and basic rx lenses. If you wanted extras coatings tints ect. there is a extra charge. E.G. to add an anti reflection coating to both pr of lenses would add 100$ per pr thus making the price 575$, if 1 of the frames was 175$ this would add 25$ equals 600$. I hope this clears any misunderstanding and would like to invite you back to our store any time that we could be of any service, thanks
