I went For nail art. They said they could and I left looking like a child had done my nails.They were aware that I was unhappy, Made excuses and still made me pay $42. I came home and filed it off.
I am very sad as to how poorly these people treat their employees as well as customers. They constantly change appointments. My third visit in a row today delayed.... I was unable to wait due to work out of frustration said I was done and wanted my nails removed.. Not only did the owner not attempt to speak with me about resolving the problem, they charged me $21.00 to remove the nails. My tec was amazing and I'm sorry that I will not be back.....
I wanted to get my nails done. My girl friend Rose brought me to this place. Great secretary very friendly answers my question of what I would like done and books me in for getting my nails done. The staff that do your nails are friendly and do what you request. I've been here twice now and plan on going again
TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Had a Brazilian wax. Staff member who did the waxing wasn't going to remove all the hairs until I said something. She applied baby oil after the waxing was done. I have broken out in multiple pimples in my genitals and the area is very reddened and sore (even two days later). I have had Brazilian's done before with NO issues. The receptionist was very rude and was in the process of receiving a manicure when I went to pay. I was told to wait. Take your business elsewhere.
The owner told me I was too picky!? R u kidding! Should a paying customer not get what they asked for? Terrible customer service would not recommend EVER! Go to Nancy's nails where they treat you with respect!!!!
DONT GO HERE!! Terrible customer service. OWNER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY. Fiancé went here week in a half later nails started breaking she went in to get them taken off as she assumed they couldn't fix them. They told her it would be a 20$ charge. She then went somewere else and paid 10. I called and spoke to the owner and he told me that repairs are free but that option was never offered to my fiancé. He said well that's your fault basically. After getting her nails removed there completely destroyed from filing them to much with a drill. My advice don't go here!
The person that did my nails was kind and pleasant lady. However the desk receptionist was very rude and made me feel like I could not get out of there fast enough. She was on the phone and at the same time made signs language for me to put my credit card in the machine without not verbally talking to me in person. Once she was off the phone she rudely told me that she wanted me to use the machine like 5 minutes ago. Unless this person changes her behavior I will no longer use your services.
I took my grand daughters in for nails for their grad and they both loved their nails. 2 - 18yr old girls hard to please normally & they are very happy. Staff were pleasant & very helpful with the color choices. They will be back
What an awful experience! I made an app. a week ahead of time, for my 6 yrd old daughter and myself for a pedicure. When we arrived, I was told they didnt have enough staff for us to go together, so my daughter went first. she was maybe 5 min gettting her toes painted. Then she had to stand around for an hour while I got mine done. There was no where to hang our jackets. Staff did not speak very good english. All staff would speak their language to eachother, even when a customer is asking a question. Very unprofessional! Price was very reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not to mention, the ingrown toe nail I got after having my pedicure done.
