My 10 year old shih tzu has a chronic ailment. Dr. Nast and his staff have gone out of their way to make sure that all up to date treatment and care is offered to us. From the moment we step inside the waiting room we are greeted warmly. We are never rushed out - all our questions and concerns are addressed. I have a small dog, and we have been taking him to the Campbell River Veterinary Hospital for 12 years. We have been really pleased with the service and care the staff have provided. The staff are courteous and helpful and go out of their way to accomodate their clients.They also send reminders about routine checkups and yearly shots.
