I went in to find a product that they did not carry-which I should have looked into before hand. Ended up having a great conversation with an employee I believe names Catherine, who possibly worked at the makeup counter area. She was amazing, super informative and took the time to chat with me and provided great advice. Her help was much appreciated, one of my best customer service experiences!
Purchased a braun thermometer at 9:00 pm from the store on Saturday, Dec 2nd, opened it for test measures, every time has a different readings and the differences are greater than 1 degree. So I decided to return it the next day on Sunday Dec 3rd to the store but they didn't accept it. No consumer protection at all at this store. Don't buy anything there.
