Customer service at this branch on the teller level, is absolutely terrible. 90% of the time, I walk out of this location feeling bad - they bring me down. I have witnessed this with other people they help in line as well. Today was the last straw for me, as the teller helping me completely embarrassed me and was incredibly rude with her attitude, words and body language. It’s about time I’ve said something because after 3 years it has not changed. They really need customer service training.
I have been banking at the north branch for 3 decades. The service has never been great but the past two years it has drastically gotten worse. Terrible service by several staff especially Brenda on more than one occasion. They should be more sympathetic and caring during this time and difficulties we are having to deal with during Covid 19. Brenda did not at all, in any way want to help me. When we all overcome this pandemic and stores reopen I will definitely be banking somewhere else.
