Worst customer service ever. Get the runaround on multiple broken promises on delivery, then they refuse to provide a full refund even though they simply do not have the product. I was a loyal customer, no more!! STAY AWAY! I don’t have a picture because I never received the product I paid for.
I bought a dinning set and warrenty. The table got cracked while in delivery and now I am being told I HAVE TO PAY MORE IF I WANT THE SAME TABLE. Sherri at the Lethbridge store is horrible at what she does. They will not give my money back nor will they provide me another table. I am never going back to Ashleys and recommend no one goes there.
