I am not a big fan of dentists, but this office made it a semi-enjoyable experience. Great staff, not sure what the other reviewer was taking about. TV's in ceiling, massage chairs, xboxs in waiting room. Everyone was very professional and courteous to me. They seem to enjoy their jobs and have great sense of humor. I am already booked back for next time and I NEVER do that...
Horrible dental office. The manager that is supposed to help you solve problems is a completely rude. Do yourself a favour and avoid, before you regret reading the false positive reviews.
The staff is helpful & take away the stress of a dental visit. The receptionists are very friendly & knowledgable. They have booked me in on the same day for an emergency, if my regular dentist is not available, they still get me in with another dentist there so I'm not waiting in pain. Each dentist I have seen have been gentle & amazing. The office hours are convient with evenings & Saturdays. Office is organized, up to date and even has tv's in the ceilings & massaging chairs.Highly recommend
These people are doing dentures too...very disappointing...charged my husband who is 74, every dime the Senior's Benefit would pay and then some...pulled out his last three teeth on the top and inserted his top denture on top of cut and stitched gums...very painful. The top plate is ugly, causing his upper jaw to have an overbite. He still owes $42. and they won't do an adjustment without him paying it! Over $1500 just for this...man on a fixed income...not nice!
Yes, As the rating would say it, I really liked it coming to your clinic and coming back again. My first experience with the dentist was a nightmare. It was horrible that I never came back and looked for another one. It was only when you saved me from a dental emergency. Everything's changed and even the way I see a dentist and a clinic. You've got warm staff and good dentist. I can't wait for my next scheduled visit.
