Customer service is sucks. They have promotion for 3 Regular + Bulilit Free of charge. I have 5 boxes to send tomorrow 4 Bulacan and 1 Laguna. All boxes belong to brother and sister. Customers asked a favour if they could request to kindly consider the bulilit free of charge box to use for Laguna instead of Bulacan due to lockdown & family in the Phils can’t travel.
Then,Iphoned Forex Edmonton to let them know about it. Staff was very rude and very unprofessional to handle customer concern
Was scheduled to pick up my box. Missed TWO pick up dates( sept 22, sept 27) do not have the courtesy to advise no phone call , let you wait for nothing. Extremely unprofessional . Will advise friends the incident. Very bad. This is Edmonton Forex , Alberta
