Took truck in for egr delete. Was told if any problems pls return. Lost 2 miles/gallon. After 3 months of trying to arrange appt I sat while owner/employees walked around me for half hr with no acknowledgment. I finally gave up and walked out the door. No one from that shop has phoned to ask why.
