Do not count on them

I called three weeks ago, spoke to the owner who told me he would set up a estimate with one of his guys. He stated the guy would call me back within the hour. A week later the guy called, I set up an appointment that he then proceeded to not bother showing up for. another week has gone by with no word from either of them. I called the owner to give him the feed back and he said "sorry it is what it is...." and thats all.
