Lexus taken in for minor repair. Estimated parts acquisition 3 weeks......went to six weeks. Time to repair went from 3 days to 32 days. Cost went from $1800 to $2600. Seven broken promises on delivery date. Poorest service I have experienced anywhere for decades. Would avoid like the plague

Terrible! Some of the worst in the industry. An absolute nightmare. Stay away from this body shop they have disgusting business practices.

Incredible. My Chevy was in and out quite fast, and the damages were fixed with the utmost care. All the scratches were covered so well, and dents taken care of. Highly suggest.

I'm sorry to have taken my car there. The job they did had major flaws but instead of dealing with the customer and trying to come to a good solution they just defend their case since they already got their money. The front end wasn't put back together right, and there are two lose panels over the wheels that leave gaps. I can't recommend this type of customer service. My mistake for taking my SUV there. Try Maranello, they'll do anything to make sure your are happy with their work.
