I have lived in Dundas, Ontario for most of my life and have visited the Collins Brewhouse many times. I use the term ‘visited’ as if I am visiting someone’s home for the simple reason, each and every member of the Collins Brewhouse staff welcomes visitors’ as if they are family. It is a quaint pub and restaurant that adds more charm to the town of Dundas. The service is just as incredible as the food they serve. The southwest chicken wrap and chicken wings are super, I would without a doubt recommend these two dishes. Also, I have attended staff parties in the basement of the Collins Brewhouse. The accommodations that they provide such as; pool tables, a personal served bar, a big screen television, and food served in a buffet self-serve format, provide customers with fun and entertaining memories. As you can see in my review for the Collins Brewhouse, I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to all age groups. If you like good company, good food and a great atmosphere this is the restaurant to check out! Read more

What a nice little spot! The food is well prepared and everything on the menu looks appetizing. They have a different fish special every day and it is always very good. On the weekend I dropped by because I learned that they had Lugtread Lagered Ale on tap. The hostess said that they were serving Sunday brunch and that sitting at the bar was awkward. However, soon, a waiter brought in a bar stool and soon I was sipping my fave beer on tap. It was a sunny day so the view was great, bartender friendly and as a bonus there was a keyboard player singing a whole host of great songs. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and took a chance trying this restaurant for the first time. We were pleasantly suprised and absoloutely loved the experience. We ordered the Peppercorn Shrimp appetizer and the Roesti with Smolked Salmon. Delicious and plenty to share. We then ordered the Shrimp Pasta and the Hunter Schnitzel. The food is really outstanding!! best schnitzel I've ever had!! Super value. The service was extremely professional and very attentive and pleasant. At the end we ordered the Creme Brule and what an excellent finishing touch to a great meal. The ambiance in the restaurant is very inviting and romantic.
