Since this pandemic has arrived , i have shopped at different grocery stores trying to find one i felt comfortable and safe in. I have shopped at No Frills before the pandemic but hadn’t been back since . Today I arrived @ 9:30 and was greeted by a very friendly security guard, inside the store the floors where clearly marked , most everyone where following the rules and if they didn’t they where reminded in a polite way, most of the items I wanted where there , check out was a breeze . I have been shopping here for close to 2 years. I have observed improvements in Customer Service and the quality and variety of their produce which are important to me. Having shopped at other No Frills in the GTA region that are bigger and cater to a more diverse ethnic population, I can't complain too much about the lack of variety in their dry goods. I like that No Frills provides price matching and rainchecks. My rating is really 3 1/2 stars but there is no 1/2 star available. Read more
