My just over 2 yr old GE oven stopped working. It wasn’t under warranty and I called Platinum to come have a look. This was a week before Christmas dinner at my place. They came the next day! For some reason my oven just started working again. Christmas was back on! Due to not being able to diagnose the problem it stopped again in March. After fighting with GE, Platinum advocated for me and managed to get a bunch of parts from GE for all my trouble and had them in and the oven fixed. Read more

We bought a range from Premium, turned out to be defectives, Premium Appliance worked with the manufacture for over 2 month to try and replace the range. We decided we did not want a replacement but a new brand name. Premium Appliance order a new range from another mfg. but unfortunately due to covid we wait 13 weeks and still no sign of our new range.
