On a long street with bountiful options for where to eat, I could see how this place might get passed by. When we entered it was not very busy but the atmosphere was very welcoming. We were there for a Sunday lunch so we all ordered coffee to start, they have a decent cafe au lait. The menu had a great variety with excellent prices! All of the entree salads were only $8. After ordering, we waited a really long time for our food, especially since it wasn't busy at all. However, when the food came out it was all divine! The pizza's were very large for one person and the crust was excellent. Omelette's and eggs benedicts were enjoyable as well. A neat thing about this place is that you have the option of half fries, half salad for your side with any entree. Overall, a good experience with decent prices but if you are in a rush I would suggest you go elsewhere because the service was very leisurely. Read more

This was the best restaurant we have ever been to. The view of the entire city at night was spectacular and everything we ate including the bread (we bought a loaf from them it was so delicious) and the deserts homemade from scratch were mouth watering delicacies...the service was spectacular...the servers were wiping our table for crumbs in between each course. They had 3 different servers assisting us and they were all so helpful and polite. We had other plans that we cancelled for after our meal because it was so great that we ended up spending the entire night there and we can't wait to go back!!! Read more

Took my boyfriend for his birthday lunch on 01 Feb and ordered off the Winterlicious menu. Each course was perfectly presented and just right, portion-wise. When dessert came, they had put a candle on his plate along with "Joyeux Anniversaire" written in chocolate along the edge. A very nice touch! The pulled pork poutine was amazing and I recommend it to anyone that likes pulled pork and poutine on their own - once combined they become something spectacular. I thought paying over $10 for a poutine was a ripoff, but wait until you see how much food you get - its amazing having a 2nd dinner later on at 11pm from my doggie bag. So hot and saucy, you will love every bite. Service staff was good, no complaints. The stool chair seating was inadequate, and should be replaced with booths or proper chairs.
