My just over 2 yr old GE oven stopped working. It wasn’t under warranty and I called Platinum to come have a look. This was a week before Christmas dinner at my place. They came the next day! For some reason my oven just started working again. Christmas was back on! Due to not being able to diagnose the problem it stopped again in March. After fighting with GE, Platinum advocated for me and managed to get a bunch of parts from GE for all my trouble and had them in and the oven fixed. Read more
