After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. My just over 2 yr old GE oven stopped working. It wasn’t under warranty and I called Platinum to come have a look. This was a week before Christmas dinner at my place. They came the next day! For some reason my oven just started working again. Christmas was back on! Due to not being able to diagnose the problem it stopped again in March.
