My thanks to the staff in the deli department who looked after us in such kindness today. We had a tragic death in our extended family last night and needed to bring food to the family. We called around on a Sunday to find that most needed 48 hours notice to put a sandwich tray together. We called independent and were advised that 24 hours notice would normally be required.
