She has been working in the insolvency industry since 2008, and she has extensive experience helping individuals resolve their financial difficulties through personal bankruptcies or consumer proposals. Shannon’s financial recovery experience includes helping businesses with private and court-appointed receiverships, proposals to creditors and bankruptcies.
Shannon has successfully completed the Insolvency Counselling Course and the Insolvency Administrator’s Course through the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. Shannon received her CIRP designation in 2019 and became a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 2020.
Shannon understands how difficult it can be for people to make the initial call for debt help. She prides herself in providing a comfortable and compassionate environment where her clients can ask questions and voice their concerns. Shannon develops tailored debt solutions for each person’s individual circumstances that allows them to find relief from their financial burdens. Deanna’s strength is her extensive knowledge and compassionate nature, which helps her clients through a very tough time. She works at making her clients feel at ease, offering them the reassurance and solutions to help them move forward without relying on credit. Deanna is a Manager, a certified Insolvency Counsellor and a certified Insolvency Administrator. In her previous role, Deanna dealt with all Superior Court of Justice matters and frequently attended Court.
Deanna is passionate about making individual client service her priority. She treats each client with the utmost respect and empathy and is committed to seeing them successfully through their financial recovery journey.
In her free time, Deanna is involved in her community as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Orillia Businesswomen’s Association and the Chamber of Commerce.
