I was a first-time customer here on 3/29/25, and went in with no expectations as I was exploring options for hardwood or RVP flooring. I was way more satisfied and surprised at the awesome service I received from both Edgar and Ren than I thought possible. They were so good helping me understand all of the options, teasing out my own preferences, and teaching me how all the products install, work, stand up to wear, and how to properly maintain them. If I was in the business, I'd hire Edgar and Ren away, they're that good! I highly recommend this store to both novices and professionals.

We’ve purchased a lot of flooring from the Lumber Liquidators store in Ventura over the years and always return because of the excellent service. Most recently, Josh and Gavin went above and beyond to help us find bamboo flooring to match the rest of our home. Brandon was very helpful in assisting us with a home gym project in our basement.
