The whole experience dealing with Conroy Refrigeration was excellent. From Dale who determined what the appropriate system and sizing required for my house, to the installation team (Brandon, Colton & Matt). The Conroy Team were a pleasure to deal with, they couldn't have been nicer, more professional and friendlier. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Installation looks awesome and very clean. The job was completed on schedule and budget. It's nice when a company arrives on schedule and completes the job on time. I would certainly recommend Conroy Refrigeration to anyone looking to have heat pumps installed.

The thing about the product is that it works so quietly, less dust in the house, cools, heats even in -26C. There are no swings in the temperature before it cuts in or out like the oil furnace does and it will dehumidify the house as well. Would I recommend Conroy’s and their product? For sure.

Thank you for the heat pumps… your guys were awesome and really know their stuff! They worked away and were very professional and personable and I thought they just did a great job! The system is working just beautifully and we notice a big difference in the heat of the house.

I’ve been meaning to send you a note to thank you and your crew for the great job they did here for me. I was in the office late last week and you weren’t in for me to personally thank you. I’m glad in a way because this past Friday night, Saturday and early Sunday really shocked me, the Heat Pumps held their own in the extreme cold. With all the hype, opinions and instructions on the news, I wondered how they would handle it. Many people I know turned off the units and had major troubles starting back up again with frozen parts. The units here were fantastic, I set the radiators two degrees lower than the pumps, the furnace did not come on. With it -27+ and windchills adding another layer of cold, they held up more than I expected. Your crew was great, I’ve heard of companies not cleaning up after themselves, not giving proper instructions on the units, and taking forever to complete the job, but your guys were very professional and pleasant. Thanks again for the great service, my only regret is that I didn’t get the system sooner.

Just a note to tell you that the HP is working spectacular. There is no icing up on the coil now at all. FYI, the young fella that showed up a few weeks ago is very good at what he does. Very enjoyable to talk to and informative with answers. Kudos to him. It is reasons like this why I will stick with Conroy if we build a new home and go with a HP we will be calling.
