Neptune Chinese Kitchen Downtown

I ordered online an hour prior to picking up and it was not ready when I got there. They do not call your # when your food is ready. I stood there for at least 10 minutes not knowing my food sat on a counter inside the kitchen. Before leaving, I asked for one more ginger sauce & the waiter says my order only comes with one. I paid $3 to have veggies put & they gave me 7 slices. I said less rice twice on my online order & the box was all rice. Chicken was dry - unfortunate.

Food is amazing, prepared with care and attention. The staff are the best, even when it's crazy packed they're all still very friendly and polite. Highly recommend this place.

Great Service and Great Sushi

This is a great Sushi restaurant. I think one of the things that make it special is that the staff is super friendly and very happy to have you there. The food is great with a cost that doesn’t break the bank. And the experience is just that much better when the staff is attentive and ready to help you. Overall a great value for your buck!
