Kickboxing is the best total body workout you can do and the staff here make the workout fun and challenging while making you feel welcome and at home. A judgement free zone, helping everyone to reach their own personal fitness goals in a group sitting. I have tried other classes but never had the results I have had here with my fitfam! Signing up here was the best decision I ever made!
ILKB is a great workout for everyone! The instructors are helpful and encouraging, I always feel like I get a great workout when I go to class. I definitely recommend joining!
ILKB has been amazing! I have had a gym memberships in the past but never used it to its advantage. ILKB is definitely worth the money! I actually want to go to classes. They have fun and good music to punch the bags to! The instructors walk around helping you throughout the hour and encourage you. They help you based off your fitness goals, and help you modify the work out so you can improve and get the best out of the workout for your body.
