Bought one cigar ...

Bought one cigar from this merchant that was ok. Second visit I purchased a Romeo Y Julieta which was moldy. I took it back and the owner tried telling me it was dust (first of all how dust gets in a sealed tube, I'm not sure). I'm a seasoned cigar smoker and I know it was mold. Will never return, terrible service.

POOR SERVICE

Too the people reviewing this please explain to me what part is abusive?? Went into his store where I wanted to buy some Christmas gifts and at first I thought he was just joking around because I would ask him a question and he would be very rude or snide. His stock is poorly priced and when you ask him what the price is of an item he will say to get your eyes checked or get better glasses. Who knew that a steel cig case would be the same price as a cheap plastic one?? Then he told my mom to put an item down when we were checking it out, as most people do when shopping for items and there was no price displayed so we were looking under the box for the price since you can't ask the man a question without being attacked. Ended up just leaving and I stated to him no wonder his store is empty if he treats customers like this and he called me a Feckin' (real swear) hoodlum. I am far from a hoodlum do not even look like one.
