i was forced by their orthotist to stand in an irregular posture for impressions so the custom orthotics destroyed my spinal cord, damage proven by x-rays. i ordered an air splint for elbow to do weight bearing exercise, they decided to give me a beanbag sleeping splint instead (useless), and refused to help me further. the orthotist seems to have a fetish for (unnecessary) bracing, and was wearing more and more herself over the years. Mistakes you will pay for the rest of your life-go elsewhere

Keep the tech in the back, let the rep deal with customers!

Terrible, rude "non-service"! They sell you an expensive product ($150.00 Symbia wedge pillow), do not inform you of their return policy, then when you are unable to use the product (due to increased back and hip pain) and try to return it, you get this unprofessional, ignorant, indifferent sales rep whose response to this failure was: "What, do you expect me to tell everyone, everything about what they buy!" Of course! Save yourself the trouble, don't buy from this store!
