Bad products, bad warranty

Bought watch. Asked for a warranty, store guaranteed it for one year. Strap's retaining pin fell out after approx. 2 weeks of wear. Brought watch back with receipt, store refused to fix it because I didn't have the (minuscule, guaranteed to disappear on the sidewalk) pin. They said straps were not covered (not what they said at purchase), and wanted to charge $7 for the pin. Told them to keep their watch. No reason to pay to fix something which couldn't make it through the month.

Please be awear of that location ! Horrible experience. I brought few pieces of jewelry to repair. The owner lost some parts, claimed that I never brough it, refused to replace it or take any responsibility. Called me crazy and offer me to call the police or go to court.
