I have been a proud Verdunois for twenty years and a customer of Bijouterie Hervieux for ten years. Nevermore. First the clerk or manager called Dana or Diana, gave me a very bad customer experience, with a deplorable attitude. Second, my 60 years old watch which is the only keepsake I have from my grand father has been bent (Bent!) to accomodate a new wristwatch, despite paying 180$ for the maintenance of the watch itself. Never will I trust this place again. Avoid at all costs.
