Disappointing service
As parents wanting to get some family photos with our 14-m old son for Xmas, for the price we paid the experience was rushed, and digital photos were not delivered within guaranteed 10 business days. We phoned the studio repeatedly to finally get someone to send them. The staff was unprofessional and not able to communicate very well. The final selection of photos was mediocre at best. Might as well go to Sears or get a friend with a high-end camera to do a photo shoot!
