Bad experience!!
I used to frequent Second Cup across Plamondon metro often and the employees are for the most part, really great. However, I have had negative experiences with the man who I believe is the owner (Tanga I think). He is often rude and doesnt communicate well with clients and employees. About 2 months ago the owner engaged in an argument with a regular client and became aggressive and SPAT on the client. It was so disturbing to see. It was the last time I stepped foot in there.
