He's like now you're insulting my stylists, I'm not gonna take the abuse so it's going to end here if that's the case. I said its not abuse, I deserve a refund for paying for something I didn't want. And he just said all they could do was "fix" it and dye it brown and I said that doesn't make any sense whatsoever and that I disagree and I would never recommend the company to anyone ever again and hung up.
excellent service in a friendly and stress-free environment, you can have your nails done after a relaxing massage before having your hair done, while drinking sangria! I love the concept! Great service at a great price too.
