The ambience at Bistro L'Evidence is professional, friendly and discreet, just like its owner, Mourad, who has extensive experience in the hotel and restaurant industry in Tunisia and Montreal. "I always wanted to open an establishment on Saint Denis Street. When the opportunity presented itself, I took it," says Mourad, who appreciates this iconic street in Montreal.

The restaurant and the street were not unknown to Mourad, who used to be a server at Bistro L'Evidence when he came to Montreal in the early 2000s.
