Linda Zhao came to Montreal in 2000 for a number of reasons. She wanted to find a better place to raise her son, and the pollution in Beijing back then was extremely bad, so Canada seemed like an excellent place to settle down.
Back home, she studied traditional Chinese medicine techniques like acupuncture and deep tissue massage for two years and earned her diploma. In 2003, after having some difficulty finding employment in Montreal without perfect French fluency, she decided to open her own business and Clinique Sante Ginseng was born.
“Whenever you go to a new country you have to learn the language first, then you find your place,” Linda says. “In my country you have to work very hard for everything, so when I came here I tried my best to learn the language and to find a place where I can use my techniques.”
“Since I came here as a citizen I would like to help people and bring something good to Canada. I'm not just here to enjoy life. I would also like to bring something to the people and to show them the different culture,” Linda says.

I had the pleasure of getting a Massage from Celina, I say pleasure when I should say honour because she was simply devine, she was really skilled and professional, now this place is really worth it.
She was able to reduce extreme pain, without hurting me. She made sure that she understood my body with specific questions to make sure that I was feeling good. Best massage ever. No funny business, simply a great professional massage by an amazing Tui-na Master.
