Yukiko Sekiya was born and raised in Tokyo (Japan). I arranged for this bakery to make a special cake for my girlfriend's birthday. They did a fantastic job. Not only was it tailored to my (rather odd) request, but the quality of the cake itself was amazing.
After attending pastry school in Tokyo and San Francisco and working as a pastry chef in California, Yukiko Sekiya moved to Montreal and opened Yuki Bakery where she specializes in gorgeously decorated and award-winning cakes and cupcakes.
