poor service
The food is great, but the service is terrible. I actually had a server ignore my repeated request to be served -- she even refused to make eye contact. I am not the sort of person who complains about service (I used to work in the food industry, and I know how stressful things can get), but I was just completely shocked and offended by this poor organization and incredibly rude service.
