Just like all the other reviews, this store is garbage. No follow-ups, no callbacks, no anything!!! I ordered a desk, as you will see in the picture, Im still waiting and they only tell you verbal diarrhea, and you just wait and get angrier each day. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO NEAR THIS STORE!!

Worst experience ever very bad service and rude Employee I’m sorry but that’s not the way you treat customers and deal with problems that was your problem... I received such horrible service after my couch was delivered damaged and not to mention how absolutely rude and disgusting the delivery guys were...After my problem is resolved which it’s been two and a half months I’ve been waiting I will no longer set foot into their store I’ll go to the competition.... also everything is Over Priced.

Absolutely horrible service. They tell me they were supposed to make installations they never made yet I can never get to speak to someone who can help

Worst ever experience!!! Its been 4 months Until now no actions where made about my complain, I made the transaction with them and now they don’t care they just pushing you to call the service center. 4 times I used the product and its already defective!!! They tried to call and told me that they will call me but until now no reply... for the service center doesn’t care at all!!! Maybe they will get it when the insurance is about to expire!!! Never ever purchase at this store!!! NEVER!!!!

Four months to repair a T V and it still hasnt been looked at yet. maybe 1300 dollars is not much to this company but it sure is a lot to me.

Très mauvais service après vente , pas de retour d'appel , nous avons parler avec trois personnes au service à là clientèle , trois versions différentes. Notre problême n'est toujours pas résolu.

every sales person attacks you when you walk in and want to buy however if you have a problem with the merchandise after, try calling , they will transfer you drop the call and keep you on hold hoping you will hang up terible after service

I order a couch 2 months ago, was supposed to come in a week after it was ordered, after not hearing anything for a month I started calling once a week, always had an excuse and I still have no idea what's going on, terrible terrible costumer service, never again!
