This is the 1st review I've ever been compelled to write. I ordered a large LED bathroom mirror and despite excellent packaging once I hung it there unfortunately was a flaw. The customer service was excellent and prompt and I soon received a replacement. Very happy with the product and this company so I am a very satisfied customer.
useless all the way, communication ardue customer service useless, I tried to talk to someone wanting to buy a mirror, failing to do so I drove 1h30 and back to be told I could not purchase but it had to be online, one miserable lady alone in the store, no manager (apparently absent for covid), a bit of a third world experience DONT use it
different shopping experience, all self-service there, perfect for me since I don't want to be interrupt by others, I got what I want, seems they have good quality, but it's only 3 weeks since I bought the toilet and mirror, will see how it goes, btw, the price is good.
