Excellent customer service and excellent product. I love the toilet and love the online troubleshooting videos. Big thumbs up for this company.

Their products are really bad and the staff is even worse. Have had issues with this toilet since the day I brought it home. When I called to have someone service it I was told that they wouldn't help me because I purchased this from a retailer and not directly through them.

Horrible. One of the staff threatened me then I had to tell them if you don't leave I will contact the police and have you escorted out of my unit. The toilet it self emitted a constant odor of fecal content or sewer gas. The height of the toilet and placement of the flush on top are uncomfortable to use not to mention its actually ugly. The toilet needed to be plunged constantly . Another employee left a major stain on my carpet from the wax seal . I would suggest recording all actions

Just wanted to spread the word about the AMAZING staff at Water Matrix. When I had questions about their proficiency toilets, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The two girls at the front were so helpful and kind that I would hire them myself. I would definitely recommend their services as they are truly top notch. Cheers to Water Matrix :)

totally unprofessional

watermatrix left my rental bathroom a mess after a toilet install I did not ask for. then they lied about replacing a bad toilet seat and would not respond to further communication. oh-- and there's so little water in the bowl, it always stinks when it's used. quite disgusting.
