I got a crack in my windshield and didn't know the first thing about getting it fixed. I called a few places and these guys had the best price. They were extremely helpful even over the phone, walking me through the process of making an appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they offered to drive me to my work when I dropped my car off. The repair was great and I haven't had any problems since. Would strongly recommend!!
1st: they made me pay for labour in advance because "it costs us money to do transactions." I called to ask if my car was finished and the receptionist said "no our guy forgot to order the part" then 3 days later it was finally fixed and I asked the owner if I could get any discount /explanation/apology/ANYTHING for the inconvenience. He and the receptionist argued with me that they are too busy to keep track of parts and how it wasn't their fault and were EXTREMELY rude. Would not recommend!
They replaced my windshield in less than an hour and sent me on my way. That's less than 15 min. It's very important that the consumers understand the risks involved with having your windshield replaced. Google"Collision Repair University: Windshield Replacement Part 4" and this great report "20/20 Windshield Safety" before having your windshield replaced by anyone.

Stay Away!!! These people can't be trusted! When returning to pick up my car I noticed black sealant mess on both exterior and interior fabrics. They tried to remove the mess but were successful. I paid my bill. I didn't get 200 yards away when I noticed the large deep scratch in my touch sensitive Navigation screen. I immediately turned around and confronted them with this and they denied everything!!! I will have to sue for damages. Stay away from these bandits!
