Ordered flowers online for my friends birthday and what they delivered was much smaller than suggested online and the flowers were changed from the online option. When I contacted I was told the photo online has all the flowers facing forward so nothing at the back that is why its smaller so its round. And they reserve the right to substitute any of the flowers. Save yourself the money and purchase somewhere else.

My son had flowers delivered for my birthday on January 27th. Today (February 17) I am just throwing the last of them away. A beautiful arrangement and long lasting.

Avoid online orders

Bought flowers online from this store and paid $73 and got a tiny little arrangement. I went to another local store and bought $35 worth of flowers and the arrangement was literally 10x bigger. That being said I do expect the online orders to be slightly smaller because they can get away with it. I complained via email and got no response. Will not order from them again on principle.

Ordered flowers from this shop and did NOT receive what I ordered. The flowers were dead upon delivery yet I was told by the manager when I called that this was my own fault.. will NEVER order from this shop again and will be certain to pass on the message to others about the horrible service and lack of customer service from the manager

I am a big fan of trying to use locally run family businesses. This is the case at Anderson Flowers. I have always been happy with the work done at this store. The arrangements are current and fresh. This is my new go to flower shop : ) very happy with there work

Best florist around

I always pick up the freshest flowers at this shop. They did the best flowers for my poppy's funeral. I loved the custom one with the hockey sticks in it.
