I dropped my taxes off here Saturday at 10:00 in the morning Monday at 11:30. I had to call and find out where my taxes were and come to find out that it wasn't even started yet and they're not taking responsibility for this at all after 15 years of being with h&r block, my husband and I have decided that we will no longer be dealing them and especially with this branch. Go someone else!!!
