I ordered a meal on McDonald's app, when I went for pick up, the lady ask me to tap again. I thought it is for authorization. So I pick up my meal and go home, and I found out my card was double charged !!!!!!! I wrote a complaint to Mc'Donals customer care, they gave me ONE coupon, since they cannot refund me, and asked me to dispute it myself from my bank.
This is ridiculous, double charge my meal, and give me one coupon? Doesn't this mean I'm paying for that coupon? How stupid this is?
