Wuerth Shoes

Passing by Goderich, on my way to Sarnia, I realized that I left my walking shoes at home, so I decided to buy a pair on Wuerth shoes. On the sidewalk was a table with a sale. I choose the one that I liked . I went inside and the salesperson brought the box with other shoe and gave the pair to the cashier I paid it ,( final sale) and left. Next day, on Sarnia, I realized that the shoes were different in colour. Monday., I called from Toronto and I was told that it was a final sale

I just bought a pair of Keen winter boots from Wuerth’s Stratford. Absolutely 5⭐️ all the way! I went in last week to check out a pair of boots I had been eyeing and Julie helped me. I called today to see if they were still there, but they had been sold. No big deal because they got a pair in from one of the other locations...and called me a few hours later to tell me they had got them in! I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. Awesome customer service all the way!!
