I have been a client for over 6 years.My 15 year old pug was at the end of his life and suffering.i called to have him euthanized and was told they were too busy.They have no compassion.
All the staff at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Boctor is a wonderful,caring individual who is truly considerate of his furry patients...He is a ‘cut above the rest’. My sister & I ‘inherited our parents’ dog, Molly,who has many health issues. Dr. Boctor took her in, nursed her back to health and Molly now has the renewed ‘vim & vigour’ of a dog with a new lease on life. Mom and Dad would have been extremely grateful.. Thank you very much!
Brought my 100lbs dog Tiger to Animal Hospital about a week ago. Tiger was not properly socialized by his previous owners as a pup. He is quite anti social and very defensive against strangers. He was a hard dog to take care of but the medicine and the assessment done by the vet ended up being exactly what Tiger needed. He had bloody stool and vomiting but a week after treatment he now has a healthy coat, more active, not lethargic and is in great digestive spirits. Thank you.

Just got back from my first visit with Dr.Boctor. My dog doesn't like people touching her and Dr.Boctor was not bothered by that. I had her muzzle on and he was so great with her and even managed to calm her down. Very friendly staff and doctors, and reasonable prices. I have already recommended him to others looking for a new vet clinic.

I have taken my cat Twyla to this animal hospital several times now and am always very pleased with how Dr. Aziz and his veterinary team have cared for my cat and have treated my family and I, Amanda the receptionist is also very friendly and easy to talk to and the kids will get a kick out of Cinnamon their cat. Not to mention they make vet care affordable especially for those with a tight budget as myself. I first met Dr.Boctor when I had a rescue dog a little Pom, who was very sick. He was amazing in guiding my family as we had to say goodbye to our pet. He was very professional and sympathetic to our needs and feelings. Since then he has help us out greatly with our new dogs and some aging cats. I highly recommend Dr. Boctor and his staff. They even make house calls, email or call back so promptly. You can feel they love your pets just as much as you do!
