absolutely terrible customer service!!!!! the owner of this party max (Naomi) will not stand behind what her staff have said, she could really use a lesson on customer service. one of HER staff told me something that three people witnessed this employee tell me and now shes saying noone ever said that essentially calling me a liar

Ordered balloons with the ladies earlier in the week. They suggested we order ahead so it is ready and we don't have to wait. I realized I needed them earlier than I originally thought and they were very accommodating! Very friendly and customer oriented. I will be back for all my party planning!

Very pleasant & friendly staff. They have everything you need to plan for a party, whether it be for a Birthday, bridal Shower, baby shower, engagement , Christmas , Halloween or just anything party. You need it, they have it. And prices are reasonable.

Bad experience

terrible experience at this store. I went in to purchase contacts for halloween and the owner requested my drivers license number. She was going to store this information on a clipboard by the cash register. I was told that i couldn't buy them without giving my number so I left without them and took my sheet back. Businesses should not be recording your license without very good reason and they have a responsibility to protect it. Very bad business. Very rude woman. Bought contacts elsewhere

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY THE OWNER OF PARTY MAX. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR PARTY SUPPLIES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.
