Cosmopolitan is a poor builder at best. The offer a 7 year warranty but do not stand behind it. Whenever you call for a warranty issue they ind a loop hole so they do not have to repair it. My basement cracked the irst year and since there 2 more cracks have happened which they refuse to repair. Nail pops like crazy. Stay away from this builder
1 Star is too too much.. Where do I begin? From start to finish the building of our home has been a NIGHTMARE.We were very naive and thought most people were honorable but not this company.
Its not right that these companies can rip off the consumers. Not only did this cheap builder not put decent waterproofing in the homes in Dorchester in St. Catharines, they put the cheapest flooring, paint, plumbing fixtures, that they could in the homes. RUN AWAY from THEM.
Cosmopolitan homes is a horrible builder , come down to Dorchester Blvd south and talk to the purchasers and let us tell you how bad they are ....the headaches are too many to list here.
